• Visual identity and brand guidelines

Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be confirmed in written agreements or proposals.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are as stated in proposals, packages, or invoices.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for additional services requested.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and deliverables remain the property of Nexet Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client. We retain the right to display work samples in our portfolio or marketing materials.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, brand assets, and timely feedback.
• Respond to communications promptly to ensure project timelines.
• Ensure that submitted content does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Revisions are limited as per the agreed project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Client approvals are required to proceed through project milestones. Delays in approvals may affect the project timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexet Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Clients may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may be provided for incomplete work at our discretion.
